I ran across something like that at Canadian Tire Stores in Toronto.
Bought one and after I played with it for a while, read the instruction
that said it is not sealed. It is meant to sit on the dashboard or under
the rear window of a car. So, beware yours might be the same make and you
want to be careful using it on a boat.
I intend to seal mine with silicone around the edges.

I recently saw a 1.5 watt, 12 volt solar charger of
the
place-in-the-windshield-to-keep-your-car-battery-charged
variety at the Harbor Freight Tools store in
Chattanooga, for $9.99, on sale from $19.99.  I nearly
bought one, but then considered the extensive pile of
parts for experimental projects waiting for me back on
my workbench aboard Pooh.

I did pick up a 12v plug-into-your-cigar-lighter ozone
generator, and even paid the full price of $9.99.  The
unit seems to work a little (smells of ozone), and
draws about 0.05 amp.  I installed it in my
bilge/pumproom space to see if it works to reduce
odors in the relatively small space (3x4 ft).
