The EEOC has issued guidance on the body temperature issue included in its guidance entitled "What You Should Know About the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and COVID-19." Included in the guidance is the fact that employers may measure employees' body temperature due to the acknowledged community spread of COVID-19 even though generally doing so would be a medical examination.
