There it is, the Advent Calendar for 2020:

https://www.openscad.org/advent-calendar-2020/

Have fun with a daily little script for the next couple
of days. Don't expect anything complex or printable, but
we'll see how it goes.

I hope we'll make it up to the 24th, only 4 doors are
filled so far :-).

ciao,
Torsten.

Thank you for creating this site!

Even if the designs don't print!

I appreciate you making this site.  However, I was a bit confused by it.  I
guess I don't really know what an Advent calendar is.  I clicked on
several of the numbers, and nothing happened until I clicked "2".  I guess
with today being Dec 2, that would make sense.  I don't understand why the
numbers are out of order.

Maybe a little explanation for the dull witted like myself?  :-)

I'd just point to Wikipedia for that as I think this is
more convincing than me trying to explain :-)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advent_calendar

For more variety I can point to another one, which was
pretty much the inspiration (but seems to happen only
every two years):

https://www.qemu-advent-calendar.org/2020/

The type lots of people have at home, and not just for
kids, here in Germany will reveal things like chocolate
or alcoholic beverage every day ;-).

ciao,
Torsten.

The only thing I see about order there is "Often the doors are distributed
across the calendar in no particular order."

Thanks for this!
On the 2nd I was telling my wife I was a bit disappointed that I did not
get an advent calendar this year, and now I have one!

Cheers!

Not sure if it's been mentioned here, but most likely designed to give

For even more fun, there's more:

@heyspacebuck:

I'm tempted to try making a small OpenSCAD
gizmo every day from Dec. 1 to Christmas.
I'll call it....OpenSCADvent.

HackyChristmas:

An advent calendar for nerdy kids of all ages.
