Hardtop Replacement for Bimini

Is there any interest in replacing your Bimini top with a cored fiberglass
hard top capable of mounting Solar panels, Radar etc?  I'd envision a
boltrope type of connection for isinglass front, side, and back panels. I
know a guy who can craft a mold as opposed to a "one-off" hardtop if there's
interest.  My guess is the top which would fit my boat would also fit down
to 40' Marine Traders, Grand Banks, Albin, and Defevers with a similar beam.

I figure I have to spend 5 boat units every 5 years to replace the Bimini
and isinglass panels, and I'd love a convenient place to mount 4 Kyocera
solar panels.  What would you be willing to pay for such a hardtop?

Contact me off list if you are interested...

                                      Regards....
