Anyone who has seen (and heard) the Fischer Panda generators in action has
to be impressed. http://www.fischerpanda.com/
The key seems to be the water-cooled armature in place of the air-cooled
(and noisy) ones which we are all used to. Only drawbacks: most are 3600 RPM
units and they are expensive.
Can we expect the whole industry to switch to water-cooled armatures in the
next few years?
