NCL Board Members,
Iâd like to propose that we go ahead and schedule the Membership meeting for Thursday, May 14th from 10-3, and hold our in-person board meeting on Wednesday, May 13th in the afternoon from 2-5. For those board members from out of town who cannot fly in a day early, weâll conference you in. Our awards, as you know, will be held on the evening of the 14th.
Can you let me know by COB today if meeting in person on the 13th does NOT work for you? I need to at least be sure that weâll have a quorum.
Sorry for the rush but I need to confirm with members ASAP so they can make travel plans.

I emailed Jackie to let them know I wouldn't be able to attend the NCL
awards on the 14th (as I'm the COABE liaison with NCL) and Jackie wrote
back telling me that she got an email from Ellen (not sure who Ellen is)
had booked the awards ceremony for May 17th and thought I should let you
know that she (Ellen) may be working on the wrong date for this event.
Just wanted to pass that along. Have a good day.

No worries, Jeff.
Just to confirm: Our awards event is 5/14. 5/17 is a Sunday - it wouldnât be possible to hold the event that day. I think there must have been a typo in either Ellen or Jackieâs e-mail.
Ellen is our consultant helping us put together the event.
