I FINALLY HAVE DECIDED TO REDUCE THE NUMBERS OF REPORTS ON OUR POSSIBLY
SETTLED-IN, BUT RECENTLY ELUSIVE Golden-crowned Sparrow ON HALL'S RD., IN
SOUTHWEST WHITBY.

Indeed, this Friday, Dec.10 a.m. he was on the north path near the roadside
for about 40 sec. at 0945; then the rains came. After 35 consecutive days of
visiting the site and seeing the bird I may actually "tail off" and let
others take over. We suspect that GOLDIE will be more regular at the site
once the snows fly.

Feel free to email me if you plan to visit to see the bird for the first
time-- yes, there are many still going there.

The feeding area is near the roadside entry .to the Hall's Rd. path, from
the FIRST ROADSIDE PARKING AREA.
