where have all the raptors gone..long time passing.
two local birds...  adult bald eagle
peregrine falcon

Non-raptor Observations:
small groups of european starlings ,totaling 200 individuals
single group of Bonaparte`s numbering 15.

Predictions:
sunny periods gusty nor`westers at 30 km/hr. looks promising
