From Steve Broker (Cheshire): 04/03/15 - Woodbridge/Hamden, West Rock Ridge State Park, ridge top (with Bob Mitchell, Chris Howe) — Pine Warbler (2), Eastern Phoebe (3), Common Raven (adult male, with adult female attending young in the nest), Peregrine Falcons (resident pair), Ring-necked Ducks (ca. 200+), Wood Ducks, Common Merganser (6), Great Blue Heron (7, with at least four occupied nests), Double-crested Cormorants (9 on Konold’s Pond island near the Great Blue Heron colony), Osprey (3). 04/02/15 - Woodbridge, West Rock Ridge State Park, ridge top and Konold’s Pond — Black Vulture (6 flying in formation).
