New Assessment Collection Guidelines
As life in general gets more expensive by the hour, our Vuecrest assessments have remained very, very reasonable compared to the current status quo. Your Directors want to make sure that is always the case while ensuring Vuecrest is kept in pristine condition. To meet our obligations of care and responsibility to the community, all assessments must be equally collected from each homeowner. As you know, this is an annual and arduous process. To be sure this process is fair and equitable for all, there are some new procedures that will be coming into play very soon. The process specifics will be distributed by our neighborhood management company PropVivo so keep alert for their emails and correspondence for more information.
Welcome New Neighbors
Angela and Kevin Wulwik of 9608 Hilltop Road were recently welcomed to the neighborhood by our Social Committee Chairs, Mara and David Pitkethly. Arriving to Vuecrest from London for a new job opportunity, they’ve also lived in California and enjoy West Coast living. They agree with the rest of us that Vuecrest is positioned perfectly for Seattle and downtown Bellevue access with great proximity to greenery and nature. They have a big, loveable labradoodle named Indy and are expecting a baby soon. Angela and Kevin have enjoyed getting to know their new neighbors and look forward to meeting more of the community as the weather improves.
Successful Easter Egg Hunt
Such a joyous occasion! Egg hunt, kids, coffee, donuts, community, what could be better?! Hope to see you there next year. You don’t have to have kids to join the fun.
Crosswalk on 8th Street to be Revitalized
As always, it takes a village. Our thanks go out to Kathy McKenna who has successfully worked with the City to improve the street crossing at our South entrance. The work will begin this year in early summer and includes improved crosswalk markings.
Rental Reminder
Just a quick reminder. If you plan on leasing your Vuecrest property, the HOA needs to be notified. Please go to Vuecrest.net, then Polices and Guides, then under Policy Documents you’ll find the Rental Property Policy. It’s important to have that document on file for your tenants and property safety.
