Harkness Memorial Park brush dump access

Thanks to some people at the DEEP State Parks Division, the brush dump area at Harkness is now open again. Some key people listened, understood, and immediately resolved the situation.

Visited earlier today. At first was told brush pile was off limits but park employee corrected themselves. Right before entrance to brush pile, observed field sparrow and Ruby-crowned Kinglet.
