GOLDEN PLOVER, adult in breeding plumage, on tidal sand flats (dead
low tide). Note: entrance fee charged for non-residents.
12:10; Charlie Barnard and I last saw the Am Golden Plover across the
river (Milford side) on the southern most sandbar, as the tide was
quickly rising.

08/14/14 - Milford, Milford Point -- an adult AMERICAN GOLDEN PLOVER
is roosting at high tide on the tern nesting bar with lots of BBPL and
other shorebirds. At least till 3:00. It's on the bar viewable west
down the beach from near the wooden bench.

adult AMERICAN GOLDEN PLOVER this afternoon, we had a juv "WESTERN"
WILLET, 3 adult RED KNOTS, and an immature LITTLE BLUE HERON among the
regulars.
