I've updated the instructions on https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering/ThunderbirdTryServer#Pushing_mozilla-central_patches to stop removing the hgtool options. Using hgtool will properly clean up old patches, fixing https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1154222. -- Tom
