10/2 Orange front yard. I have a Flowering Dogwood in my front yard which is hopping with birds. Just had a female Rose breasted grosbeak, female Scarlet tanager, 3 Flickers, 3 Red bellied woodpeckers and 2 Yellow bellied sapsuckers (new yard bird) along with multiple robins plucking the berries. A brief visit to Crosby Pond in Orange by the Racebrook business park this morning was alive with migrants along the edge of the pond and by the puddles by the dumpsters. Bev Propen, Orange
