Pennsylvania Solicitors: At the Solicitors Roundtable held at the PML Annual Summit on October 6, proposed legislation (HB 1620) dealing with small cell communication technology was evaluated and reported on by representatives of the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh Solicitors' Offices. In a nutshell, this legislation would override local control of small cell technology installations. PML's legislative affairs office is monitoring this bill.
