Buy a pet; help someone in need; join a craft or hobby group; read a book;
lie down and remember a favorite time; write a list of your good points; go
for a brisk walk; have some fruit or juice; breathe deeply; listen to a
relaxation recording; chew on cloves, a toothpick, a pen, a carrot stick,
celery, gum; rub a coin, key or smooth stone in your hand; clean, floss,
brush your teeth, use mouthwash; go to a theatre or library; relax in the
sun; buy new clothing; phone someone you like; listen to your favorite
music; plan a vacation day or holiday; tighten up your muscles and relax;
watch a favorite TV show; watch a sunrise or sunset; buy a comedy record;
have a shower and a shampoo scalp massage, a back massage; try something
new; give someone else a back rub; use some hand lotion or new
perfume/cologne; work in a garden; buy some flowers; buy yourself a
present; go to a museum; take a child on a picnic or play a game of
childhood again.
