'Dawgs,

See the attachment for Rules & Pairings for this Sunday's event at Bear Creek, first time: 9:30 am.

This month we're fortunate to have been invited to a private club and given some prime Sunday tee times.  Let's make sure we are good guests, especially regarding speed of play.

Paul & Murali

Dawgs,

Enjoy!  The golf course is in fairly decent condition.  Although, recently
the greens have been slightly slower than usual.  Our grounds crew has
patched bare spots on several of our fairways that historically have been an
issue; trees up the right side of #14 fairway have been removed and new sand
has been added to several/most of the bunkers (long overdue).

We have a new GM and he is really focused on pace of play!  Something the
Tournament Chairs may want to consider instituting (I believe there is a
provision in the Decisions) to assist with pace of play is allowing a
Provisional ball on holes #6 & #9...  On #6, often a ball hit into the creek
short of the green is playable.  But you won't know until you get down in
there to see.  A provisional would alleviate the need to go back to the tee
& re hit if it's not.  On #9, a tee ball hit up too far right of the fairway
& cart path, over the pepper tree up/over the creek doesn't cross the hazard
and, occasionally is playable out of the creek.  Again, you won't know until
you get in there to see.

ALSO, PLEASE NOTE BCGC DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH!!!!  So, food & beverage  and
other incidentals will have to be paid by credit or debit card.

Have fun & thanks for coming out.

KK
