I fabricated an appx 9ft x 9 ft hardtop....details posted here on T&T.."Flybridge Hardtop"...two years ago I believe. I resused the stainless support hardware from the hardtop. I used two layers of marine plywood, epoxied together, glass and resin outside, resin underside, then painted.
