I note that the highly respected Leo Bodnar NTP server is available once again:

http://www.leobodnar.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=120&products_id=365

https://store.uputronics.com/index.php?route=product%2Fproduct&product_id=92

It now has PoE (Power over Ethernet), as well as USB 5V.

Cheers,
David

AFAIK the LeoNTP has always supported POE (and USB 5v). My S/N 2xx from
years ago has always been powered by a POE switch. They work great.

My experience with the original LeoNTP is mixed.  It is compact, simple
and supports high NTP request rates.
However, I've seen occasional short-lived time errors of N seconds; N is
usually 1.
Using my local LeoNTP these often correlated to poor GPS signal conditions.
I've discussed my concerns with the manufacturer, with no resolution.

As Robert mentioned, the original also did PoE. I don't see any
difference on the spec sheets between the old and new models, except that
the new one is bigger, with a bigger display, and a bigger price. My LeoNTP
cost £250 in 2020 (about $320, at the time); the new one is listed for £420
sans VAT ($505 today).

I have one of the new LeoNTP 1200s running on my time server farm since December and see there are occasional (perhaps once a month) jitters as much as 999.999 ms reported by the other NTP servers. It's on my list of things to look at. Otherwise, the reported jitter is substantially lower than any of my other NTP servers (a Spectracom SecureSync Rubidium and some RPis running NTPSec) and I recommend it to people who need a set-and-forget NTP solution.

Also, these large jitters appear to happen at the same time across the other servers, leading me to believe it's something going on in the LeoNTP. The LeoNTP is connected to a roof-mounted GNSS antenna, so I tend to discount poor signal as a reason.

Here are some NTPViz examples:
