Good Morning everyone! (from the East Coast) I am the County Attorney for Wicomico County, Maryland located just a few miles west of Ocean City, Maryland, a resort city on the Atlantic Ocean. Over the last 30 years I have served as Assistant County Attorney and now County Attorney. Twenty-seven of those years was as a contractual attorney in private practice and in 2008 I became the first in-house full time attorney. Our county houses my alma mater, Salisbury University, which now has approximately 8400 students. While the city deals with the majority of student housing issues, the county is beginning to experience similar problems as the University grows.
