For nearly a century, the American Institute of Physics (AIP) has worked to advance, promote, and serve the physical sciences community for the benefit of humanity. In support of that mission, AIP offers several programs that HBCUs and HBCU libraries could benefit from. In this session, staff from AIP will share about four different grant programs that support the processing of archival collections related to the history of the physical sciences, travel to archives for research or collecting oral histories, and direct support to students in physics and astronomy programs and physics and astronomy departments. Below are links with further information related to each of these programs.

Grants to Archives: [https://www.aip.org/history-programs/niels-bohr-library/grants-archives]
Grants in Aid for researchers: [https://www.aip.org/history-programs/physics-history/grants]
TEAM-UP Together Student Program: [https://www.teamuptogether.org/students]
TEAM-UP Together Departmental Program: [https://www.teamuptogether.org/faculty]

We are pleased to provide valuable learning opportunities for our members by offering insights into grant opportunities, along with direct connections to funders. Bring your questions and project ideas!
