I have perpared a License Application for Travel to Cuba, under Religious Activities (Individuals)-31CFR 515.566(b)-I have also been ordained as a Minister In the Universal Life Church, Modesto, California, which has survived federal court tests as to its legitimate right to be a church and ordain Ministers- I have also been in contact with the Cuban Interests Section of the Swiss Delegation to obtain permission to distribute Bibles to rural coastal churches between Baracoa (northeastern cuba) and Havana-April 15-June 15. All this seems to be in compliance with the current policies of our government
