Confirming the bird is actually an adult Glossy Ibis. The lagoons can be accessed off of Kraft Rd. From 401, take Cty Rd 27 (Summerstown Road) north to Gore Rd, then right (east) on Gore Road until you get to Kraft Rd, then left (north) on Kraft Rd to the lagoons on left. Bird is on berm in middle of lagoons. Great sighting. Just had a look myself at 6.00pm but no sign of ibis. Water level very high at moment so no exposed mud except a little at edges of berm where you saw it.
