Hi.
I'm currently looking into using pjsip in an iPhone application, but I
just can't get it working with pjsip 1.4 branch.
I've tried following the instructions on the Siphon project site, but
there seems to have been some changes
with respect to PJMEDIA_SOUND_IMPLEMENTATION.
I think a lot of apps are already using pjsip in their iPhone app's,
but I guess they keep the good stuff on
how to compile etc. to them self :P
Are there any plans for official support for Apple iPhone in future
version of pjsip?
Btw: if anyone on this list has successfully compiled pjsip 1.4.x for
iPhone I would really like
to hear how you managed to compile it.
Best regards,
Even André
I already posted the patch for pjsip 1.4 one month ago.

Is the patch you mentioned the one for
"PJMEDIA_AUDIO_DEV_HAS_LEGACY_DEVICE" ?
I haven't been working with pjsip for long, but as far as I came to
understand, this is mostly a hack
to use a "deprecated" API?
Anyway, any words on official support would be great.
If this is something that the devs of pjsip want to support, I'd be
glad to help in any way I can.
Best regards,
Even André

This patch allows to use old implementation in new API. This solution
works fine.
I have begun to port to the new api but during the work, you should use
this solution or work with 1.0 branch.
