USCG NVDC – updated forms The USCG National Vessel Documentation Center (NVDC) issued a notice stating that updated forms are now available under its INSTRUCTIONS AND FORMS link. Customers should begin using these fillable forms when applying for vessel documentation services. Legacy forms (with 07/31/2019 expiration date) will be accepted through 1/1/2022.
