Oh my, sounds like some of us is having all kinds of fun yachting. Me, I finally cut a new shoe lace for my boat shoe out of that 1/2 hide of leather that we carry aboard. Didn't take long, and no aglets (nibs for the rest of us) involved. Between self-made shoe laces and rope for belts, life seldom gets easier.
