Dear Colleagues,
I am pleased to introduce two new members to the listserv: Antje Huke (huke.antje@yahoo.com) and Jakob Pöllath ( jakob@bo-huang.org ).
Antje give this self-introduction:
I started studying sinology in Münster in 2003 and will graduate in July this year. My major subject is of course sinology, my minors are linguistics and archeology. From 2008 to 2009 I've spent some time abroad in Taiwan, studying at Dongwu Daxue. My master thesis dealt in detail with two lun written by Ouyang Xiu and Su Shi concerning Jia Yi. I have been accepted at the University of Edinburgh in their PhD-Programme Chinese and hope to start studying there in September this year. In the following years I will basically deal with the 25 historical lun of Su Shi composed for his zhice-examination.
Jakob offers the following:
I finished my M.A. last year and am currently in the beginning stage of writing a Ph.D. dissertation on the Zhongxing xiaoji 中興小紀 and early Southern Song history at the University of Munich.
Please join me in welcoming Antje and Jakob to the listserv.
Yours truly,
Michael
