Looking for guidance on the width of the boot top. Current plan is for dk green topsides, white boot, and red bottom. Existing width tells me nothing, as the boot and the bottom are both black. Previous boats have had light or white topsides with a dark boot. I know the previous line of floatation, and plan to have about 4 inches of bottom paint above that level. Any ideas what will look good or even what will look 'funny'? Al Schober Bristol 38 'Duet'
