Hi All,
Congrats to Nick on the great find. Two days and two great birds - what can he possibly find tomorrow to top them? A just reward for those days wading through gulls (and trash) up in Windsor. For those that don't know what a rare find this is perhaps have a look at the breeding distribution map for this gull here: http://www.geocities.com/RainForest/Canopy/6181/schi_d.htm
Hardly seems worth posting any sightings after the day Nick had but thought it worth mentioning that Tina Green and I had four spizella sparrow species over at the Old Gun Club in Stratford: Clay colored, Chipping, American Tree and Field. Out of interest does anyone know when the site is actually open to the public?
I stuck some digiscoped 'record shot' photos of the Clay-colored over on my blog: http://underclearskies.wordpress.com/2008/11/28/gang-of-four/
