Hi folks, I know this is a bit outside of our wheelhouse, but looking for information on the following: 1. If your municipality has an internal audit function, who does it report to (functionally and administratively)? 2. Do you use a whistleblower "hotline" provided by an external service provider, and if so do you have a policy for how to respond to such calls? 3. If you have a whistleblower hotline, but no internal audit position in-house, do you have a policy for how those calls are dealt with? Thank you!
