Please find attached the SF / Santa Clara County motion for a preliminary injunction in their lawsuit against the Trump administration related to the "sanctuary" policy issue and withholding of federal funding under the Executive Order and other executive actions. 2. Motions to Dismiss filed by Chicago, Cook County, and Illinois in their case brought against them by the DOJ related to their "sanctuary" policies. 3.
