To dispell any rumors: Both Dog River Marina on the western side of Mobile Bay and Eastern Shore Marina on the eastern side are operational and eager to see the Loopers this fall. They had representatives at the AGLCA Fall Rendezvous in October and assured us that they are/will be ready for the cruisers when they come south, barring any future hurricanes, of course. Both were battered by Hurricane Katrina but are recovering. The channels are clear.
