First thing is first, check the logs to see if you can spot any unusual
behavior.

If that's too cumbersome, shut down the CollectionSpace server, remove all
of the log files in the logs directory, and then start up the server.

Watch the catalina.out log file as the server starts up (tail -f
catalina.out).

If you don't see anything unusual there, check the cspace-app.log file and
the cspace-services.log file for anything unusual.

Feel free to share the logs here.

If that still doesn't work, try rebuilding the application and services
layers.

Hopefully you'll begin to pinpoint the issue. For all of this, I'm assuming
that your CollectionSpace server is not live and does not host any of your
organizations data?

And you used the automated installer?

Hi Elayne,

Which tenant did you clone to create your organization's tenant?

I set up a new tenant for our organization's installation, and it
looked like the install ran properly, but I discovered that all of the
editable term lists, the ones you can edit under Administration, are
completely missing.  Needless to say this prevents the system from running
properly when I try to enter data! Where did I go wrong, or how can I fix
it?
