Colleagues: Do any Oklahoma cities have a policy regarding use of photographs paid for by the city? The City of Yukon has had requests for photos that the City had professionally taken around town. These photos were part of Economic Development and Tourism projects. Yukon did not have a formal contract with the photographer, so I believe the photos belong to the City.
