THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (January 17-23) and WINTER GFC WEEK 2 ROLL CALL!

We've set the dates for a couple of classic Gators events... Gatorthon
(Sunday, February 27) and the Tri for the Y indoor triathlon (Sunday, April
3).  In order to help you be prepared for these and all of your other
events this year, we are offering a full set of club workouts this week.
And speaking of your events, yesterday we posted the latest version of the
2022 "Who's In?" athlete event calendar.  All events on your calendar that
we're aware of are included... If you have any new events, canceled events,
or event type changes, just post a comment here or on the "Who's In" post
and we'll update the calendar.

Also, an Annual Training Plan seminar is being planned by our Head Coaching
Team for sometime in the next few weeks (likely a Wednesday evening)...

Reminders:

• 2022 Gators Registration: Registration for the club for 2022 remains
open... See the post under "Featured" for details and a link.  To keep your
benefits in tact, please renew by January 31.

• Hat and Visor Pickup: First come, first serve, if you have not already
received your new Gators hat or visor, please catch up with Don Mack. Great
options this week include the Monday and Thursday night swim workouts.

GFC Roll Call! This week's Gator Fitness Challenge "Roll Call" covers week
2 (January 10-16) of the winter GFC... If you completed at least one of the
two challenges, please post a comment...

• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (40 minutes of each)
AND/OR...

• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (45
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...

• "Both" if you were a week 1 superstar and completed both challenges!
