seized fresh water pump

Each autumn, I have dutifully charged the fresh water system on the boat
with RV antifreeze, including the fresh water pump. The last several
seasons, the pump has been grumpy about waking up in the spring. Well,
today, in de-winterizing the fresh water system, the pump appears to be
seized altogether. I have rapped on the pump body and 12 volt motor with
items ranging from an aluminum dingy oar handle to a ball-peen hammer.
Nothing. Not even a grunt. I am pretty sure it has adequate 12 VDC as the
battery charger indicator lights shift from float to heavy charge when
the switch is on. I assume therefore that it is getting electricity. I
also assume, the pump itself is seized from minerals in the water or the
chemicals in the antifreeze.

The boat builder was so kind as to locate it where one must either be a
midget or a contortionist to get at, of which I am neither. I am not even
sure what brand pump it is because it name plate is not facing the access
direction. Anybody have any suggestions for getting the thing running
short of hiring a midget to climb in the bilge and remove it?
