Planet Brewing Company (Royersford, PA) - Tickets are $25/person (online
ordering site coming soon) and that includes your entire dinner (there will
also be a cash bar) plus event raffles and possibly other surprises. Please
indicate your "Going" or "Can't Go" status on the event (so that we can get
a headcount for the venue)...

main event at the Spring Valley YMCA followed by the "meeting after the
meeting" at the Railroad Street Bar & Grille. We'll also have an assortment

event coming soon, but mark your calendars now! Updates to the workout
calendar for this week (only): We will NOT be offering... • Tuesday night
spin/strength workout • Thursday night Zwift meetup This serves as your
weekly list of our club workouts and, for the 26 weeks of fall and winter,
your opportunity to post any completed Gator Fitness Challenge weekly
challenges including the SBR Challenge (i.e. complete at least 30 minutes
of swimming AND cycling/spinning AND running), the SCF Challenge (at least
30 minutes total of combined strength, core, and/or flexibility workouts),
and the Plank Challenge (the week 3 challenge was 45 seconds; this week's
challenge is 1 minute). If you completed the SBR Challenge, the SCF
Challenge, or the Plank Challenge, please post a comment indicating which
challenges you completed. Your results will be added to our tracking sheet.
