02/16/14 - Norwalk -- while waiting in traffic on the off ramp of I95
at Exit 14, amidst a huge red dumpster, 2 large CAT backhoes, and a
couple of broken wooden pallets (an obvious prime birding spot) I
noticed a few birds milling around. 5 Snow Buntings feeding on the
barriers of hay put down during construction. Go figure.
