Hi Amanda,

I would like to give a paper and speak on the leading Canadian case on renovictions 1193652 B.C. Ltd. v City of New Westminster BCCA 176.
In this case our comprehensive bylaw on regulating renovictions and protecting tenants was upheld and resulted in the province to amend the Residential Tenancies Act to incorporate its key provisions.

Best regards,
Craig

Craig

That sounds excellent! How would you feel about speaking about that case but on a panel that includes one or more Ontario municipalities who have passed similar bylaws?
