As part-time grant writer, they are responsible for supporting
Hilltop Artists’ development work by writing and submitting
grant proposals
and reports, tracking grant work, as well as completing research as
assigned. This role is essential in securing the funds necessary
to support
our programs and operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for
writing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and
as part of a team. This position offers a flexible schedule with the
opportunity to work primarily remotely.

In the After-School and Production programs, the Teaching Artist
provides instruction, mentorship, and classroom management in
collaboration
with the teaching team at Hilltop Heritage Middle School,
implements glass
art-based curriculum; and assists the After-School and
Production Programs
Managers in technical support for all programs as needed. Additionally,
the Teaching Artist assists in supervision of teaching assistants and
volunteers.
