THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (December 12-18) and GFC WEEK 10 ROLL CALL!

Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with Keith and Katie; Keith has
been making remarkable progress! We will continue to provide updates
through our Facebook private group and public page as we receive them.

Get a BK Pint Glass! If you were not able to attend the Friday night club
party and pick up the special edition "Have fun, Gator Done, then drink a
beer!... Coach Brian" pint glass, we have good news!  There are more
available!  While supplies last, you can get yours on the following
occasions...

• Monday/TODAY, 7pm-7:30pm at the Spring Valley YMCA Indoor Lap Pool just
prior to and for the first portion of our Monday night swim workout... Good
chance to get in a swim (and earn the Pepperoni Topping), too!

• Tuesday/TOMORROW, 7pm-7:30pm at the Spring Valley YMCA Cycling Studio
just prior to and for the first portion of our Tuesday night spin
workout... Good chance to get in a workout (and earn the Mushroom Topping),
too!

• Tuesday, 12/20 all evening (starting at 6:30pm) at the Spring Valley YMCA
before and after our Annual Member Meeting / Awards & Recognition Night!

Pizza Club and GFC: Additionally, the Gators Pizza Club and fall Gator
Fitness Challenge continue, so keep getting your workouts in and you can
earn points, toppings, and an invite to the January pizza party!

Workouts Attendance Poll: To assist with workout planning, please check all
workouts that you plant to attend.

GFC Roll Call!: Last week was Gator Fitness Challenge week 10 (of 13), so
it's time for the weekly "Roll Call"! If you completed any of the three
challenges for week 10 (Monday 12/5-Sunday 12/11), please post a comment...

• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (30 minutes of each)
AND/OR...

• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (30
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...

• "Plank" if you completed the progressive Plank Challenge that progressed
to 2:30 (this week it is 2:45).

• "All 3" if you completed all 3 challenges

lanes): Swim workout coached by Don Schlichtmann. Earn the Sausage Topping
by attending!

• Tuesday 12/13, 6pm-7pm, Spring Valley YMCA, Wellness Center: Run workout
(treadmill) and stretching coached by Karen Dunn. Earn the Green Pepper
Topping by attending!

• Tuesday 12/13, 7:15pm, Spring Valley YMCA Cycling Studio: Spin/Strength
workout coached by Logan Washburn. Earn the Mushroom Topping by attending!

• Wednesday 12/14, 7pm-8pm: Zwift Meetup - France "R.G.V." route
coordinated by Don Mack, who will not be in attendance . An invitation has
been sent to all Gators Zwifters that are following Don. If you are not
currently in the mix and would like to learn about Zwift and our meetups,

coordinated by Don Mack, who will not be in attendance. An invitation has
been sent to all Gators Zwifters that are following Don. If you are not
currently in the mix and would like to learn about Zwift and our meetups,
