Activities last week:
Fixed bustage, no beta uplifts or release activities, looked for and fixed regressions, 11 reviews, misc. bug fixes, sheriffing. List below. Notable:
Survey of NS_[IF_]ADDREF in all of mailnews/ and fixes (use of owner.forget(transferTo)) (complete)

Obstacles and impediments:
Slow reviews as noted below, nine and six weeks delay so far.
Currently no build/release support leading to: No automatic Daily updates, no L10n Dailies, complete test failure on Linux, failed beta build, failed Mac builds, various disabled tests.

General remarks:
C-C tree status: Blocked (details below), no manpower to investigate various intermittent test failures.
Current known threats from M-C: Dev tools become system add-on (sounds like a broken record but is still true).

Tree status classification: Green, Normal (some failures), Deteriorating (many failures, opt builds still green), Critical (opt builds with failures), I had to switch off tests failing due to bustage, Blocked (less than two platforms), Doomed.

Currently we have no test coverage on Linux due to misconfiguration of servers. Mac build failure, so only one platform left.
