It has been my experience that the white tubes of Teflon lubricant  that West
and others sell will make one's zippers deteriorate faster  than they should.
Get a stick of door jam wax at any hardware store.

Any thoughts on how to unstick nylon zippers that are already frozen in
place?

The makers of my high-end, EZ2CY enclosure specifically recommends
against using any lubricant on the zippers.  I am not sure of the
reason, but I am not about to argue.

Best,

Steve

All I have ever done is spray WD40 onto a rag, soaking it, and
rubbing it up an down both sides of the zipper. Zip closed and
open a few times ans it keeps them freed up nicely.
