Denver Harlequins' Fall Annual General Meeting
We will be having our Fall AGM at 6:00- 8:00pm on Sunday, 8/21/2016.

Parking is available on the street, or in the adjacent lot.
Beverages will be provided.
This is a mandatory meeting for all current Harlequin players. We will be discussing the budget/financials, dues, matches/fixtures, social events, fundraisers, the new league structure, reviewing goals for coming year and planning for them, electing officers and appointing positions within the club, discussing the new selection process, collecting dues, and passing out shorts and socks to any new guys that pay dues.

FYI the Coaches are tracking who comes to the AGM. I can guarantee this will factor into selections (overall club commitment plays into their decisions)We will also have a current list of those who have already volunteered for an event.
