03/15/14 - Enfield, Barnes Boat Launch -- REDHEAD, RED-NECKED GREBE
continue.

03/15/14 - Farmington, Riverside Cemetery -- 1 CACKLING GOOSE, 2
CANVASBACK and 1 RED-NECKED GREBE continue.

03/15/14 - Madison, Hammonasset Beach SP -- 11:00 AM; About two dozen
Bonaparte's gulls off Meigs Point.  (One was really a BLACK-HEADED
GULL.)

03/15/14 - Rocky Hill, Ferry Park -- The RED-NECKED GREBE was present
again this morning (8:25 to 9:15 AM).  It was diving and surfacing
south of the ferry landing, not very close but easily identifiable
with bins.

03/15/14 - Stratford, Long Beach -- Snowy Owl way out in Marshes (very
streaky).  Also 2nd Cycle Iceland Gull.

Deep River, Town Dock -- RED-NECKED GREBE.

continues (with 8 Mute Swans). Nice find Hank.

with Canada's in the grass circle by the entrance.

03/15/14 - Rocky Hill, Ferry Park -- RED-NECKED GREBE, present at 4:00
south of the park on the west side of the river in front of a dock,
scope required.

03/15/14 - Westport, Sherwood Island SP -- American Woodcock
accidentally flushed in the pine grove. This is the 8th sighting this
winter at Sherwood Island for me.
Westport, Sherwood Island State Park -- Cackling Goose continues in
the circle as of 5:22 PM just after the entrance to the park.

03/15/14 - Guilford, Shell Beach Road -- As viewed in front of little
red barn at entrance to Shell Beach, 17 NORTHERN PINTAIL.

03/15/14 - Fairfield -- Barrow's Goldeneye continues as of Saturday
morning from Penfield Reef.Also seen there were 3 Bonaparte's Gulls.

03/15/14 - Norwalk, Rowayton -- Saturday evening as I was walking at
dusk I heard 2 American Woodcock.  I was behind a house at 1 Old Witch
Ct (7:23 PM) and another was behind 11 Old Witch Ct (7:28 PM) (private
homes).  I walked up to Roton Middle School on Highland Avenue where I
heard some rustling in the undergrowth but I think I missed the show
there.
