This weekend there was a Rufous-sided Towhee on the ground near our feeders. There were also a number of Red-breasted Nuthatches. This is the first time we have had them at our feeders. I saw two Pileated Woodpeckers in our woodlot and managed to get quite close to them. Location is on the 12th sideroad of Brant township, 10 km west of Chesley. Good birding!
