3/10. 22/25 So. Smith St., (park in a legal space along road), Norwalk River Loop Trail (“Esplanade”) - an hour visit was quite productive. And a springlike day, with no ice, snow, nor biting cold winds to deal with. Follow the paved sidewalk toward the row of pines outside the sewage plant. Continuing in the pines were: CAPE MAY, TENNESSEE, PALM and 3-4 Yellow-rumped Warblers, Red-breasted Nuthatch. Also female EURASIAN WIGEON (sewer plant outfall), adult Double-created Cormorant, Bald Eagle.
