We would appreciate advice on the best type, cost, and place of purchase for
1 1/2 inch inlet Sea Strainer for Lehman Ford 120 hp engines.

Leonard, I've had bronze GROCO 1250s for 15 years and have been very
satisfied. Mount them where you have easy access and ideally at a height
where the waterline of the boat is exactly at the top of the strainer when
the top is off. Put the hoses on with a heat gun and secure with two SS
clamps.
