Weather:
Rain and drizzle persisted into early morning today with conditions
gradually improving by mid morning. The rest of the day saw mostly cloudy
skies with occasional sunny periods. Winds began lightly from the
southwest, picking up out of the west by noon and becoming quite strong
and gusty in the afternoon.
Raptor Observations:
With the persistence of the heavier cloud and the relative briefness of the
sunny intervals, the flight was light and quite sporadic. Highlighting the
day was our second September Northern Goshawk.
