All,Just a reminder that is the event this weekend is a new attempt on the Quins behalf to bring in an outside planner to help with the details of the event. Alan O'Gorman is still our number 1 sponsor and the Rover is our home bar, Deibolt Brewing has been very gracious to work with us and has a much larger space to allow us to host this event.Oliver Thomas is still the standing Social Chair but in an effort to alleviate all the work on one individual, we have elected to assign out different events to specific people that have extensive experience with a single event.
With that in mind, Renee Forsythe has volunteered her time and professional experience as an event planner to organize this Mardi Gras event specifically.

Since we are breaking new ground with this and with the fate of a potential new youth side we are looking to form up in the Fall, the success of this event is paramount. If you are unable to attend please take the time to donate to the club to promote the success of this event!
See you all Saturday..
Thanks,Tom VylesPresidentDenver Harlequins RFC
